EENK's starting point and foundation are books. Printing, books, and ink are the most important elements of the brand's philosophy. At the heart of the brand is the memory of the director's father, who ran a print shop, and her mother, who read books while embroidering. The idea that reading—savoring the words of someone else's thoughts and digesting them as one's own—is a fashionable worldview that is indispensable in building an individual's identity is a tenet that runs through EENK, including this season's collection. The keyword for the 25PF collection is "B for Bookish." This season's collection nods to childhood memories of the bookshelves that were the first place Hyemee ran to when visiting a friend's house, as well as the hours spent reading. Books are a classic medium. Checks, argyle patterns, suits, and trench coats were used to translate the image of books into fashion. Trench coats with stacked collars, jackets designed to look like layers of waistcoats, pullovers worn over the shoulders or tied around the waist, and mufflers in the form of jackets and pullovers all offer interesting twists on the classics.
