EENK’s 2026 Pre-Fall collection, D for Duplicity, explores the coexistence of two structures, two colours, two emotional states, within a single silhouette—much like life itself. The collection takes its point of departure from <The Room Next Door>, a film that reflects on life and death through images saturated with vivid, composed colour. Though its subject matter is grave, the screen remains strikingly alive, rich with beauty and visual intensity. Through the notion of Duplicity, EENK does not approach duality as opposition, but as harmony shaped through collision. Classic tailored jackets introduce an element of contrast when turned, exposing colour-blocked interiors that subtly alter their character. A refined Mac coat is constructed with a detachable lining—designed to be worn together or apart—shifting with mood and season. Vintage-inspired lace fragments are meticulously assembled into singular dresses, while masculine silhouettes are offset by the fluid movement of weightless silk scarves. The colour palette draws from the visual language of <The Room Next Door>: grounded tones of brown, beige, and khaki are layered with accents of baby blue, red, and mint, recalling the film’s still frames. This season also introduces a new brand signature: the rose. Appearing throughout the collection from brooches that define silhouettes to belt buckles and printed motifs, the rose becomes a visual and symbolic anchor for EENK. With its layered petals forming an elegant structure and thorns that assert unapologetic self-possession, the rose emerges as the most familiar yet enduring of flowers, establishing itself as an emblem of EENK.
