Your orders will ship via DHL and arrive in 3-7 business days.
Please note that our delivery times are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control (Customs clearance delays or failed payment approval), we will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.
*EENK is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
The price of the product does not include taxes such as tariffs or additional taxes. If the price of the product you are purchasing exceeds the duty-free standard of your country, you may be charged tariffs or additional taxes.
* Any additional charges (including taxes & duties) incurred at the destination would be your responsibility and will be notified via DHL.
* We do not take responsibility for the packages that are returned due to customs failure or refusal to pay duties. Please kindly note that all related fees such as return shipping fee and duties & tax will be entitled to be deducted from your return value.
• All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging.
• You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request your return/exchange.
• An item is eligible for free return(s) if:
- you receive a product different from you order
- you receive a defective product
• We do not accept return(s) when:
- products are damaged due to your mishandling
- traces of wear (cosmetic marks, stretch, perfume, washing, repairs, etc.) are found
- the return request has been made after 14 days of receiving the product
- stated that exchange or return is not possible (ex: event products)
• The item(s) must be returned using the original packaging provided and from the same country to which they were delivered. Items returned from a different country may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.
• The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags, dust bags, hangers still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
• Leather goods and footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product.
• Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company once the returned item has arrived and passes our inspection. However, all shipping fees for back and forth, additional expenses occurred by the exchange/return by a simple change of mind will be the customer’s responsibility.
The shipping fee will be determined by the final size and weight of the package being returned.
• Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent will not be accepted.
Once the return has been received and accepted by our staff, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. You can follow the return of your package with the tracking number provided on your Return Label.
