*Important Notice 

- The handle of the EENK case is EENK’s signature design, created based on a hinge mechanism. It is intentionally designed to move flexibly rather than being fixed tightly to the case.

During the 24K gold plating process after the handle is produced, the plating solution may harden around the joints, causing the handle to feel stiff at first. With continued use, the plating around the connection points naturally wears down, making the handle gradually smoother and more flexible. Due to this process, there may also be slight differences in flexibility between the two sides from the beginning.

This is similar to how a new zipper may feel stiff initially and become smoother over time. Please note that the flexibility and movement of the handle are inherent characteristics of the EENK case handle and are not considered defects. We kindly ask that you acknowledge this before purchasing.

- The inner side of the case comes in either white or black and will be shipped randomly.

- For all models released from the iPhone 16 series onward, the side button area design differs from the product images. Except for the button sections, all four sides are fully covered and enclosed.

*Caution

- Minor wrinkles or folds on the back or curved areas of the phone case are part of the natural finishing process and are not considered defects.

- The phone handle is handmade after undergoing double coating, so the tightness and movement on both sides may not be perfectly identical.

- The phone handle may feel stiff at first, but it will become smoother with use. Differences in flexibility between the two handles may also occur over time.

- Since the product is made of dyed genuine leather, using wet wipes or alcohol-based liquids may cause the color to fade.

- If the leather gets dirty, we recommend wiping it gently with a dry cloth.

- Due to the nature of genuine leather, the case may have a natural leather scent at first, which will gradually fade with use.
