Important Information (Please Read Before Purchase)

• The EENK phone case handle is an original EENK design based on a hinge mechanism. It is intentionally designed not to be fixed to the case and is made to move freely and flexibly.
• During the double-coated 24K gold-plating process, the plating solution hardens around the handle connection. As a result, the handle may feel stiff when the product is new. With regular use, the plating at the joint naturally wears down, allowing the handle to become smoother over time. The flexibility of the left and right sides may also differ slightly from the beginning.
• This is similar to how a new zipper feels stiff at first and gradually becomes smoother with use. The stiffness or flexibility of the handle is not a defect.
• Please note that this is a characteristic feature of the EENK phone case handle. The tightness and movement of both sides cannot be perfectly identical.
• The inside of the case is available in either white or black, and the color will be shipped at random.
• For all models released from the iPhone 16 series onward, the side frame design has been updated. Unlike the images shown on the product page, all four sides of the case are fully enclosed except for the button areas.
• Minor wrinkles or creases on the back or curved areas of the case are part of the natural finishing process and are not considered defects.
• This product is made from genuine leather that has been dyed. Wiping the leather with wet wipes, alcohol, or alcohol-based cleaning products may cause the dye to fade.
• If the leather becomes dirty, we recommend gently wiping it with a dry, soft cloth.
• As this product is made of genuine leather, it may have a natural leather scent when new. The odor will gradually dissipate with normal use.
• Nubuck leather is sensitive to moisture and oils (such as hand cream). During use, the leather may naturally darken or discolor depending on the environment and usage conditions.
• Please note that this is a natural aging process unique to nubuck leather. These characteristics are inherent to the material and are not considered defects, and therefore are not eligible for exchange or refund.
