โขThe item(s) must be returned using the original packaging provided and from the same country to which they were delivered. Items returned from a different country may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.
โขThe item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags, dust bags, hangers still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
โขLeather goods and footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product.
โขShipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company once the returned item has arrived and passes our inspection. However, all outbound and return shipping costs, additional expenses occurred by the exchange/return due to a change of mind will be the customerโs responsibility. The shipping fee will be determined by the final size and weight of the package being returned.
โขPlease be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns shipped without prior authorization will not be accepted.
โขOnce your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You can track your return using the tracking number provided on your return shipping label.
EENK HANDLE
โขThe handle is not fixed to the body of the case and is designed to flexibly move.ย
โขA liquid 24K plating solidifies between the handle hinges during the handle manufacturingย
process. Upon first use, the handle may not be easily adjustable.ย
โขThe degree of flexibility on the handle may vary depending on the frequency of use.
โขThe handle is fixed between the inner casing and the outer leather casing for durabilityย
and may break if strong pressure is applied in the opposite direction.ย
In this case, A/S service is not available since the entire part would need to be replaced.
LEATHER CASE
โขThe outer leather casing is thinly coated with dyed 100% cow/sheep leather.ย
โขWe recommend wiping the leather with a dry handkerchief if there is contamination.ย
โขThe wrinkles on the surfaces of the case are natural finishes and are not defects.ย
โขDue to the characteristic of the leather case, there may be a unique smellย
but will gradually disappear.
FABRIC CASE
โขWhile using, due to the characteristics of the fabric case, contamination may occur.ย
This is not considered a defect and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
